The organization addresses the issue of returnees from extremist organizations through a “preventive-security and humanitarian” approach. Our programs focus on encouraging states to fulfill their responsibility to repatriate their citizens, while providing integrated strategies for the fair prosecution of those involved, as well as intensive separation, psychological, and social rehabilitation programs for children and women. These efforts aim to disengage them from extremist ideology and safely reintegrate them in a manner that prevents the emergence of new cells.
